MEET THE TRAINER
Julie A. Smith, CPDT-KA
Julie is a Certified Pet Dog Trainer and a professional member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT). She specializes in dog-dog aggression, behavior problems, and proper socialization of puppies. Julie has worked with dogs and other animals for more than a decade—her broad experience includes everything from one-on-one dog training and behavior modification to teaching group dog training classes and supervising dog playgroups.
In addition to running her own business, Julie volunteers at The Humane Society for Tacoma & Pierce County, as well as at Bullseye Dog Rescue; a pit bull rescue group, where she consults on behavior modification programs and fosters rescue dogs.
